Background

Devatop Centre for Africa Development, a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to combating human trafficking, gender-based violence, and child labor, is partnering with the Freedom Fund to address the pressing issue of child domestic work in Lagos State. This transformative project aims to identify and support children trapped in exploitative domestic labour by providing access to education, psychosocial support, and skill-building opportunities. To ensure the effective implementation of this initiative, Devatop invites qualified vendors to submit bids for the provision of Office Equipments, Interested vendors are encouraged to demonstrate their capacity, experience, and commitment to ethical standards in their proposals. 

This solicitation requests the expertise of an experienced consultant to purchase/supply/install equipment in our Abuja office.

Requirements

The consultant to be contracted is expected to meet the following criteria:

• Certificate of registration/incorporation and/or similar evidence
  registration issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
• Detailed company profile with full details of company’s resume demonstrating
  company’s capabilities.
• Submit a tender application letter (on bidder’s letter headed paper) including name of authorized contact person (s), company full address, Email address and Telephone
• Evidence of verifiable similar services carried out within the last five years.
• Tax identification number (TIN)
• CV and Portfolio (Independent Contractor)
• Contact Information e.g Address, Phone Number, Email etc  (Independent Contractor)
• A government issued ID e.g NIN, Voters Card, Driver’s License, International Passport, Work Permit etc. (for Independent Contractor)
• Personal Bank Details (Independent Contractor)

Quote Criteria/Payment Schedule

• Quotes must be submitted in Naira, as payment(s) to contracted consultants will be made in this currency.
• Please note that DEVATOP will deduct and remit withholding tax to the Internal Revenue Service from the total consultancy fees for individuals or organizations in accordance with the Nigerian Tax Law.

NOTE: Due to large volumes of applications, DEVATOP will only contact shortlisted applicants/contractors.
