Privacy Notice for Participants in DEVATOP Activities

DEVATOP Centre for Africa Development (“DEVATOP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and other applicable data protection laws.

This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you participate in our trainings, workshops, conferences, stakeholder meetings, campaigns, webinars, consultations, and other virtual or in-person activities.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a member of the DEVATOP team in writing before or during the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference, it may not always be possible to avoid capturing individuals in group photographs or recordings that participate in an event.
